EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Lynette is an Executive Producer with The Project Factory, the digital development arm of Way to Blue. She has 12+ years in the digital space, with a specialisation in gamification and behaviour change in health and social impact. She has worked with various federal and state government departments, as well as working across consumer and entertainment. 

The Project Factory builds digital products that engage, inspire and connect, with a strong focus on wellbeing and social impact. 


Lynette has created digital products for clinical trial purposes (CSIRO, The George Institute, UniSA); built four of HCF's wellbeing apps; built the This Way Up mental health program apps for St Vincent's Hospital's CRUfAD team; a behaviour change app for their Alcohol & Stimulant Abuse team; MyQuitBuddy for the Department of Health; Avow, an app for domestic violence offenders alongside the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet (currently in pilot trial through NSW Police); and most recently produced The Lost Summer for the Office of the eSafety Commissioner, a game to teach 11-14 yr olds valuable digital skills. She has also built apps, websites and mini games for entertainment clients such as the Cartoon Network (PowerPuff Girls, Ben10) and Channel 7 (Home & Away, Zumbo's Just Desserts).

Lynette's personal mission is to help educate and inform others on the importance of a changing digital environment and how that should drive strategy and creativity. She does this by advocating for digital creativity, teaching at AFTRS, and mentoring for various tech incubators such as Tech4Good and Tech Girl Superheroes. She also sits on the Technology & Wellbeing Roundtable run by Reach Out (supported by Telstra).
